Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing:

Addressing depression, anxiety, and a range of emotional struggles, CBT and Motivational Interviewing is integral to our therapeutic practice. It is strengthened by the core ideas of Aaron Beck, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to offer useful strategies for conquering challenges, cultivating positive outlooks, and fortifying adaptive responses. Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a collaborative, goal-oriented style of communication with particular attention to the language of change.
